China restates resolve to offer more assistance to Nigeria
Timothy Yusuf, Abuja: The People’s Republic of China has restated her resolve to transfer technology and other competences to Nigeria through continuous training.
This dominated the discourse at an exhibition tagged, ‘china through the eyes of Nigerians’.
The event held at the china cultural center in Abuja.
It was a delightful testimony of mutual relationship transcending more than 50 years between Nigeria and china.
The exhibition of painting, ceramics and photos aims at encouraging and to further widen the imaginations of young and upcoming artists to dream bigger in order to attain lofty heights.
Consequently, the Chinese embassy in collaboration with the china alumni association whose members are Nigerians trained in various parts of china put together the event to demonstrate in practical terms what they learnt in china to the benefit of larger Nigerians.
It is the believed by many that china’s exploit in various fields of endeavour cannot be ignored hence, Nigeria must strive to learn from their experiences.
The China alumni association in Nigeria was inaugurated at the event, which was said to be first ever in the history of Chinese embassies worldwide.
