Attorney General on Special Environmental Courts

The Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice Mohammed Adoke has advocated the setting up of Special Courts to entertain Petitions against violators of environmental laws in Nigeria.This was during a two day sensitization workshop for judges and other law officers on environmental matters, organized by the National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency, NESREA
