Ahead of the Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting, CHOGM in Colombo, Sri Lanka, Nigeria is canvassing for a visa-free regime for Commonwealth members states, people to people contact as well as robust trade and investment port-folio. Supervising Minister of Foreign Affairs Prof. Viola Onwuliri said this at a pre-CHOGM briefing in Abuja.
