Federal Government Introduces Improved IPPIS Self-Service App

The Federal Government has presented a newly upgraded Integrated Personnel Payroll Information System (IPPIS) Human Resources Module and Employee Self-Service application to civil servants as part of efforts to modernise public service delivery.

The enhanced platform is designed to build more effective institutions by leveraging technology while improving personnel management, efficiency, and employee engagement across the federal civil service.

As part of activities marking the 2026 Civil Service Week, a sensitisation programme was also held on the Public Service Mentoring Policy and Guidelines, popularly known as the Mentoring Marketplace, to strengthen knowledge transfer, leadership development, and career growth within the public service.
