INEC And Resheduled Activities

The Independent National Electoral Commission INEC says the rescheduling of election time-table does not allow room for substitution of candidates and opening of the certified voters register. The Chief Press Secretary to the INEC chairman, Mr Kayode Idowu gave this clarification in an interview with correspondent.
