Damaturu State Governor Advised Muslims To Embraced ICT In Promoting Quranic Recitation

The first National Conference on Free Hand Qur’an writing competition has been held in Damaturu the Yobe State capital where many states in the North participated.
Speaking at the opening ceremony Governor Ibrahim Gaidam urged the organizers to come-up with innovative techniques that will pave the way for gradual involvement of ICT and other modern methods while at the same time safeguarding the originality of the Qur’anic scripts.
