As the National Assembly awaits the presentation of the 2014 budget proposal by President Goodluck Jonathan, the chairman, House Committee on Foreign Affairs, Nnenna Ukeje is advocating an increase in allocation to Nigeria’s Foreign Affairs Ministry and its missions abroad. Hon. Ukeje who was speaking as Guest of NTA Parliament Current Affairs Programme – the Standing Committee’s argued that Nigeria needs to allocate at least 2% of its total annual Budget to drive the country’s foreign relations.
