Admin Directorate Overview

The Directorate of Administration is an essential service component of the NTA. It is a pivot in which issues and matters relating to other Directorates revolve.


It is headed by the Executive Director, Finance and Administration and assisted by the Directors of Administration and Finance. The Director of Administration is assisted by the Deputy Director Administration and other Assistant Directors.

There are heads of strategic departments as follows:-

1. Assistant Director, Personnel Records

2. Assistant Director, Pensions

3. Assistant Director, General Services

These departments carry out their functions and responsibilities through the assistance of Managers, Assistant Managers and other Admin Officers.


To be the front runner in the Authority’s quest to be a world class Television Network.


To develop, implement and sustain the best Human Resource Management Practices, driven by the desire to have a satisfactory highly motivated and economically useful workforce for NTA.
