The Programme focuses on the Legislator whose Motion is most topical or whose Bill makes the most impact in a given week or period. Presiding Officers of Parliaments and Principal Officers of the Senate, House of Representatives or State Houses of Assembly. The Program could be 30 minutes or 1 hour.
