President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has arrived in Nairobi for the 2026 Africa-France Summit, joining other African leaders and global stakeholders for high-level discussions on the continent’s future.

The summit, co-chaired by Emmanuel Macron and William Ruto, focuses on energy transition, digital transformation, climate action, green industrialisation, and economic growth.

Held under the theme “Africa Forward: Africa-France Partnerships for Innovation and Growth,” the event brings together 29 heads of state and government to deliberate on key issues affecting Africa, including infrastructure development, youth empowerment, technological advancement, and peace-building initiatives.

President Tinubu’s participation is expected to strengthen Nigeria’s strategic partnerships with African nations and the France.
