NNPC Signs Major Deal to Revive Warri, Port Harcourt Refineries

NNPC Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with two Chinese companies for a potential technical equity partnership to support the completion and operation of the Port Harcourt Refinery and Warri Refinery.

The agreement was signed by the Group Chief Executive Officer, Bashir Ojulari, who described it as a major milestone following months of engagement.

The proposed framework will focus on completing outstanding work, maintaining the facilities, and ensuring sustainable, world-class performance of the refineries.
