PRESIDENT TINUBU MOURNS DR DANIEL LAOSEBIKAN

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has expressed profound grief over the passing of a renowned medical practitioner and co-founder of Onward Specialist Hospital, Osogbo, Osun State, Dr Daniel Aremu Laosebikan.

In a condolence message, President Tinubu describes the late Dr Laosebikan as a distinguished physician and compassionate humanitarian who dedicated his life to improving access to quality healthcare, mentoring younger medical professionals, and serving humanity with uncommon commitment and purpose.

The President notes that Dr Laosebikan’s contributions to healthcare delivery in Osun State and beyond left an enduring legacy, while his devotion to the medical profession earned him admiration across the medical community and among patients and families whose lives were positively impacted by his expertise and compassion.

He also extends his heartfelt condolences to the family of the deceased, as well as the government and people of Osun State, over the painful loss.

As Dr Laosebikan begins his final journey home on June 3, 2026, President Tinubu prays that God Almighty repose his soul and grant comfort and strength to all who mourn the embodiment of compassion, kindness, and integrity.
