BREAKING: Presidential Media Tour Inspects Sokoto–Badagry Super Highway

The days when farm produce transported from the North-West to the South-West perished along the way due to poor road conditions may soon be over, as the Sokoto–Badagry Super Highway project continues to take shape.

The project is being described as a game-changing infrastructure development designed to improve transportation efficiency, reduce post-harvest losses, and unlock major economic opportunities along the corridor.

As part of the Presidential Media Tour, Jonathan Omajali reports that the Presidential Communications Team visited Kebbi State to inspect ongoing progress on critical infrastructure projects, including key sections of the highway. Officials say the initiative is expected to enhance trade, improve regional connectivity, and stimulate economic growth across multiple states once completed.

The inspection highlights the federal government’s continued focus on infrastructure development as a driver of national transformation.
