NDLEA Busts Four Female Drug Dealers in Edo, Seizes Large Consignment of Illicit Drugs

Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have arrested four suspected female drug traffickers during a major operation in Edo State.

The suspects were allegedly found with large quantities of opioids and other illicit substances concealed inside building materials, in what officials describe as an attempt to bypass security checks.

The arrest forms part of a broader nationwide offensive against drug cartels and illicit substance distribution in Nigeria.

NDLEA authorities say the agency remains committed to disrupting trafficking networks, strengthening intelligence operations, and safeguarding communities from the dangers of drug abuse and addiction.
